Each client receives the following services once they have contacted my organization. They receive a FREE 30-minute Consultation Session via Zoom. This FREE Consultation is to help in gathering important factors and analyzing is the services provided within this organization are a suitable fit for the client as well as for myself.

Who I Am
Reverend Joan is a highly rated motivational speaker with 8+ years of experience as a women’s coach and group facilitator. Rev. Joan works with groups, individuals and organizations to amplify their authenticity and empower them to become a better version of themselves. Reverend Joan is founder of the Empowered For The Journey Toward Excellence webinar and conference.

Rev Davis loves God, loves studying His Word. She says, “Studying God’s Word is such a refreshing feeling, I am drawn closer to Him more each day”. Her prayer life has changed, as a prayer warrior and intercessory, she intercedes for her family and for the people of God. My Education
- May 2002 – Graduated with an Associate Applied Science Degree from Pennsylvania Institute of Technology in Media, with a Dual Degree in Electronic Computer Technology and Mechanical Engineering Technology, graduated Magna Cum Laude
- President of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society – Alpha Psi Mu Chapter, and a member of the Chi Alpha Epsilon National Honor Society
- Dual B.S. degree in Accounting and a Minor in Finance from Strayer University in 2009
- May 2018, Graduated with a Master of Divinity from Palmer Theological Seminary
- September 2018 to June 2019, Completed 2-Units of her CPE at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital as a Certified Chaplain
- June 2020, Trained in Coaching4Clergy as a Life Coach
- December 12, 2021, Received double ordination and consecration, first as an Itinerant Deacon and then as an Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church
- September 12, 2022, Entered studies for a Doctorate in Ministry.
- June 18, 2022, Received her 1st Pastoral Appointment. Serving as the Pastor at St. Paul AMEC, Malvern, PA
- At the West Mainline District Conference on October 14, 2022, was appointed to serve as the Coordinator of Women in Ministry of the West Mainline District.
